Front seat with power bag Hold the Power Bag in front of your body and do squats to work your legs and buttocks.
Rotational launch with power bag Launch the power bag by rotating the torso to improve power and control.
Drag with Power Bag Grab the Power Bag and drag it to work on strength and muscular endurance.
Strikes with Power Bag Perform controlled blows to the Power Bag to improve core strength and stability.
