Withdrawal policy

In GYMDESCUENTO, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why, we offer a 14-day withdrawal period for all products. What. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within this period for a full refund.

How to Start the Withdrawal Process

1. Log in to your account at GYMDESCUENTO.
2. Go to the order history section.
3. Select the order you want to return.
4. Choose the products you wish to return and provide a cause stating whether it is for Defective-Damaged, Wrong product or for personal taste.
   
5. Send the request and we'll get back to you on how to proceed.

Conditions of return

• The product must be in its original state and unused.
• You must include all original accessories and packaging.
• The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Customized or consumable products may have additional restrictions.
• If the return has a justified cause or is Defective-Damaged or Wrong product, we will collect the product ourselves assuming all costs. If the return is for personal pleasure and there is no justified reason, the return will be accepted in all cases but the customer will be responsible for sending it to our facilities or alternatively you can ask us to pick it up from the amount of reimbursement the transport costs agreed with you.

Reimbursement process

Once we receive your returned product and verify that it is in correct condition, we will process your refund. You can expect the refund to be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take several business days before the refund is reflected in your account.
