This joint is very, very unreliable. Starting with strange working hours (10AM-2PM), not responding to inquiries, no tracking system. I have been unable to use the gym because I am waiting for the right floor for 2 months now. I would gladly pay extra for reliable, better service. I ordered 8mm, I received 4 (5 at best). There is determination in not wanting to return your money. I have reluctantly agreed to another product but even that is not coming. Ugh. Very disappointed, annoyed.
